Create a Visual Studio 2012 solution

Right now this repository lacks a Visual Studio 2012 solution. I had to upgrade the 2010 solution to build zeromq. It would be great if someone commited one.

You don't need the committed solution. Just generate one from cmake.

It is in general worth including generated files if that simplifies life for new users... could we include the generated VS2012 solution?
