Test files in the wrong directory

passwords.cfg and mlm_client.cfg should be in src/selftest_ro

passwords.cfg - seems so mlm_client.cfg is more complicated : it seems to be an installed example config (referring a passwords.cfg) generated from mlm_client.cfg.in (with no macros inside to actually generate) - perhaps these two uses can get split : one file for selftests, another for default installed config
