windows port, more debug information, fixed crash on del_socket

for now i just introduced a VS2008 solution to build the .dll no change to the erlang code minor changes to the port driver to enable VS build, also change to driver_select which takes a WSAEvent in Windows instead of a socket descriptor (i know... it's criminal)
