DESTDIR support in Makefile

I'm going to create an AUR package erlzmq on Arch Linux. If it's an easy change, it would be helpful to have a DESTDIR var that I can set for the packaging phase of the build. This basically acts as a prefix to the prefix, so I can use "make DESTDIR=$pkgdir install" to copy the package files into the Arch package dir.

If this is painful or risky, please just close -- I can work around it. But it would be nice to have in general for packagers.
