LMstudio integration

Hi there,

Appreciate the package, it works well for my needs!

This might be out of scope, or better suited for a fork, but it would be interesting if the package was extended to support other backends, e.g., open source models via LMstudio.

LMstudio has a completions API, and someone has a PoC integrating it with Emacs. This would allow users to have more control over their data, and offer more choice (e.g,, use more advanced models).

If there was an LSP server, that might make integration easier.
