doc with attachment is cancelled , on amend it gives error

Expected behaviour

on doc with attachment, when amended should not give error

Actual behaviour

Invalid URL URL must start with http:// or https://

Step to reproduce

1. create any document, say quotation
2. attach any file as private
3. save and cancel the quotation
4. click on amend, and save It gives error Invalid URL URL must start with http:// or https://
