Update: related to upstream issue:[https://github.com/gfx-rs/wgpu/issues/6159](url) and nvidia explict sync. removing `wgpu` feature resolved this.

I'm experiencing the same thing, it's very strange (I built it on Windows and then ran it with wine on Linux)
