Add properties to catalog

Issue https://github.com/zerocracy/farm/issues/1333 demands that we alter the structure of catalog.xml, for each project:

• add architect element (the architect of the project);
• add members element (the project members), composed of member elements with login attribute (the member login)
• add jobs element, with assigned and total attributes
• add funding element, with attribute amount
