Design time error when building tests with Visual Studio

I keep getting this "Solution" error on main when building with Visual Studio 2022

error : Designtime build failed for project 'C:\Users\bernard\source\repos\ice\cpp\test\IceStorm\repgrid\msbuild\client.vcxproj' configuration 'Debug|x64'. IntelliSense might be unavailable.
	Set environment variable TRACEDESIGNTIME = true and restart Visual Studio to investigate.

The build doesn't fail.
