adding favicon elements and modifications to yml

Adding Favicon Element to the GitHub Page of Resources

The following files were added:

• _layout: A section of the main template was added to allow it to read the favicon inside the Jekyll template.

• favicon.png: A simple favicon icon of a computer (can be replaced later).

The following file was modified:

• _config.yml: The Jekyll template now includes the jekyll-seo plugin, enabling it to read the favicon from the _layout folder.
