Added ascii styles

I have an idea of adding a surprise element for hacktoberfast and Halloween, which happen in the same month.

I have added a python file under the name ascii_art.py with some ASCII styles (lowercase, uppercase, letters, digits, and I keep the original ASCII chars), all of them placed into a list, and finally will get randomly selected every time it runs (this is the surprise effect).

Please let me know if there are any changes I need to make. Thank you!
