                        Added a Animated Portfolio Showcase Using HTML and CSS

What I did
Summary of Changes: Added Portfolio Content: Implemented sections for About Me, Skills, Projects, and Contact in the HTML structure. Project Descriptions: Added detailed descriptions for three projects showcasing containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment with impact statements. Animated Header and Section Titles: Introduced CSS animations for the header, section titles, and scroll-down button, including fadeIn, bounce, and slideIn effects for a dynamic user experience. Progress Bars for Skills: Implemented progress bars with smooth loading animations to visually represent skill levels in HTML and CSS. Optional: Edit this to tell us what you did!
