BUG | Timestamp out of sync with Apple Music

Current Behavior

On the Rich Presence, you can see that the timestamp is not synchronized with Apple Music.

Expected Behavior

Timestamp is synchronized with Apple Music

Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch Apple Music
2. Be sure that AMRPC is launched
3. Play a music on Apple Music
4. You will see that the timestamp of the Rich Presence isn't synchronized with Apple Music

Environment

- OS: Windows 11 Insider 25992
- AMRPC: 4.3.0-beta.4
- Apple Music: 1.4.3.34 (1.1027.8705.0)
- Discord: Canary 245020 (2112298) / Host: 1.0.93 x86 (39546)
