Issue with experimental island router

When enabling the island router, the .authenticate() doesn't redirect to the auth0 login screen.

Thanks for reporting this. I haven't tried the island router yet. I'll have a look when I get a chance, but feel free to add a PR in the meantime, if you know how to fix this.
