[Feature Request] LLM Docs: Generate overview of entire API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The new LLM docs feature generates a visual representation of each model and its relationships. It would be amazing to also get an overview of all models in a single diagram.

Describe the solution you'd like Either by default or by some preference, an overview diagram should be generated. Note when using the openapi plugin, it should only include those model and properties that are exposed within the openapi docs.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clearly defined second step that can be used to generate the diagram out of the initial documentation.
