Hyperrogue 10.4g segfaults in Shoot 'em up mode
Version: 10.4g installed on Ubuntu via sudo apt install hyperrogue
Expectation:
I open hyperrogue. I click shoot 'em up mode. This starts a new game in shoot 'em up mode, and I am able to run around and throw knives at enemies in real-time without any crashes.
Reality:
I open hyperrogue. I click shoot 'em up mode. This opens what seems to be a normal game, turn-based, can't move to where I'll be killed, etc. I turn on shoot 'em up mode manually in the game modes menu. I throw knives at enemies. When they hit, the game crashes with a segfault or sometimes an abort and an error:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
what(): basic_string::_M_construct null not valid
I'm not sure what to do. Can anybody reproduce?
Does the problem still exist in newer versions?
