Context sensitive help breaks in certain situations

Observed behaviour

The context sensitive help, i.e. right-clicking or using F1 sometimes gets stuck as if pointing outside the playing field. So instead of showing the help text for the tile, the generic "Welcome to HyperRouge!" helptext gets shown.

Expected behaviour

The context sensitive help text gets shown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a new game (on Windows)
2. Snap the hyperrogue window to the left or right edge of the screen
3. Click on the fps counter in the bottom left of the game
4. Close the fps help text (press escape or click, doesn't matter)

Version

12.0a, Windows (but could also be observed in 11.x)

Notes

• Yes, those are some very odd steps to reproduce and sound like a case of "er... just don't do that?", but I randomly keep running into this issue during normal gameplay
• Resizing the window by a certain amount restores the correct behaviour
