Missing tiles and buggy items in pure {7,4} Hunting Ground

If you use Experiment with Geometry to go to the Hunting Ground in a pure {7,4} geometry, after a few seconds of walking, you'll run into missing tiles and buggy items, like this:

To reproduce from the command line: ./hyper -f -geo 4x7 -gp 1 0 -W Hunt
I got a message "barrier nowall!" when this happened.
