CSV preview does not always render file

Example: https://zenodo.org/record/3698002. Is there an underlying issue with the file? Character encoding perhaps?

Possibly unrelated, but the CSV viewer behaves oddly in other cases as well, e.g. https://zenodo.org/record/3697797

Here, one file is rendered oddly because some cells contain JSON arrays. But the other one seems to be rendered as a "P" separated file? Tested in firefox and chrome.

In this record: https://zenodo.org/record/3973220 the seperator seems to be capital O O

I suspect it takes the first character shared between the first x columns
