Upload process

For a user to upload the annotations and page images they need to:

  • Have permissions to upload media files
  • Perform the usual 3-step upload (init, upload content, commit)
    • In the init step it should be possible to provide additional metadata (based on https://github.com/zenodo/zenodo-rdm/issues/777)
