you can set color by css .ql-editor.ql-blank:before

I used the style inside the component to change the color to white if dark mode is activated like this: <ReactQuill style={{ width: "100%", height: "500px", color: _mode === 'dark' ? '#fff' : '#000'}} /> it affected only the text inside the editor but I am still trying to understand how to control the toolbar colors too.
