DOCS: Make clear the differences between Zenml Dashboard OSS vs Pro

Issue Description
Just realized the ZenML OSS dashboard is only able to display the "default" project.
On the Projects tab, there is a faded "Add Project" button with the hover-over message:
"Upgrade to create Projects
Get access to additional projects and workspaces, manage user ans permissions, and get advance features with ZenML Pro"
This major limitation is not clearly stated on the Dashboard features page https://docs.zenml.io/concepts/dashboard-features. Can a comparison table of features between the OSS and Pro be added to the docs to make it clear?

Hey @JustGitting - we have a comparison page here: https://www.zenml.io/open-source-vs-pro but you are right we can surface better on the docs. Let me take it into our backlog (or perhaps you can make a PR yourself to expedite?) That would be awesome!

The comparison page says "ZenML Pro is Open Source and More". Does it mean the source is available and it can be run on-prem for paying customers?
I couldn't see a row in the features table that highlights the difference in terms of source-code.
