Many compile issues with Arduino 1.6.3...

Found your code and wanted to give it a try. So far it looks like the compile problems are related to the pre-processor directives not being recognized. Have not gone as far as deleting all ___Maple and ___Teensy references yet. the Arduino UI does not seem to agree with your preprocessor coding. I do not have an earlier version of Arduino to try the code on.

Any thoughts?
