Update workflows to use GH Container Registry

Based on issue #83, I have created this PR. As described in Github Docs Github Packages will be replaced with Github Container Registry, so I have used it.

In order to launch pipelines correctly CR_PAT secret must be created and it contains a Personal Access Token with write;packages scope.

Hello @salem84, I'm very sorry for the late answer....

I first need to be able to add a PAT token into the zenika-open-source organisation, which is not the case as of today. Let me check with the admins and get back to you !
