As an admin I would like to press enter to validate my tag name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It' annoying when I want to complete the category or tag's name and I have to click the tick but I'm allergic to mouses' fur.

Describe the solution you'd like Validation any single modification by pressing Enter key !

** Contexte ** I'm under Firefox 72.0.2 64 bits (Ubuntu 19)

Since I am currently working on a refactoring of FAQ that should be released soon, I'll implement the change directly on the refactoring.
