Feature request: ECC support

Hello, Let's Encrypt has recently added support for ECC certificates (https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/elliptic-curve-cryptography-ecc-support/34/140). It would be nice if simp_le had support for generating ECC certificates as ECC is much more performant than RSA.

This will be WONTFIX obsolete as of #105.

Well, not really, if this bug is also asking for ECC account keys.
