Fix for RFC5322 comments wrongly strips "comments" within quoted strings

The fix provided in PR #12 strips comments from within quoted strings. As per RFC5322#3.2.2 this should not happen:

Strings of characters enclosed in parentheses are considered comments so long as they do not appear within a "quoted-string", as defined in section 3.2.4. Comments may nest.
