Intermittent SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=error: sslv3 alert handshake failure errors

Hi team,

Since moving from Ruby v 2.5.1 to 2.7.5 we've seen a spike in these error messages from this library.

Is this a known issue or should we be on an earlier Ruby version?

I am facing the same issue. SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 peeraddr=162.159.138.6:443 state=error: sslv3 alert handshake failure. Looks like this is happening since I got a global oauth. Not sure if linked.

@georgemabey - have you tried our latest gem release? Do you still experience this issue? If so, can you please provide the steps to reproduce?
