Add Upsert for services

Why don't you have upsert for your services. This is a very import feature for syncing data, and that is all I need this gem for is syncing information to base.

I also would love upsert support. Sometimes I have an error when making calls and I end up creating hundreds of copies of the same Lead for our sales team.

Upserts would solve that problem.

@struniu @kcht hi 👋 tagging you two as the most recent contributors - we're looking to use the upsert feature of the the Deals and Contacts endpoint, but its not available in the gem. Im looking to add it but wondering

a) is it anywhere on a roadmap for this gem in the next few months b) if forking and sending a PR it to add to services is safe to do so as the code mentions it is autogenerated here https://github.com/zendesk/basecrm-ruby/blob/master/lib/basecrm/services/deals_service.rb#L1
