Show notice if server version is bigger than the one stored in the target configuration

Use-Case: Zend Server is updated from version 8.1 to 8.5. Its location and credentials are already stored in the local target configuration but not updated. In that case the zs-client will be forced to use lower version and may not be able to use the full potential of the currently installed Zend Server.
