  • fixes setting dolby xmlns
  • xmlns attr needs custom marshal / unmarshal
  • handle scte214 xmlns attr for dolby vision profile 8.1
  • set both supplementalCodec and supplementalProfile when dolbyvision 8.1 signaling is needed
