Added a Korean translation

I have translated README.md into Korean and I will translate the string of Gray soon.

I think the string "Open Security & Preferences" inside Localizable.stings seems to be correct for "Open Security & Privacy General Preferences". What do you think?

Hey @miniesam, Yeah I see what you mean… I think I made a faulty string when I first added it because it should be something like Open Security & Privacy. That is the actual preference pane name if you look at the title.
