Restructure tutorial

Rewrite the tutorial with better structure, remove 'The code so far:' sections into some sort of separate, trackable reference source.

tutorial structure is OK. reference sources for each section will move to examples most likely.

This is the only decent conrod example with the piston backend that doesn't use the confusing "feature gating" of the official conrod examples or an additional support module.
