OverWrite existing workspace

Hello, I use eclipse as my best IDE, and I wonder, how can I modify the generation code so that the source and sample files overwrite existing files I use in my IDE workspace, and when I submit a code, the source file is backed up some other location.

Edit: I just read that the afterFileGen template can me modified so that the files open in my editor, how can I do it.
