About Release and Roadmap plans

Dear @vexorian, @shivawu, and to may whom it concern,

Our topcoder-greed was left alone without update for a long time. We've been too busy these days, and it's been a long time since 2.0-RC release. While I am still busy a little bit these days, I think we can maintain the project in my spare time.

However, as far as I know, pretty many people are using Greed 2.0-RC in their SRM competition. So, while the version is nominally release candidate, but practically it could be considered as a released version. So, can we fix the current version (with some minor bugfixes) as 2.0 release, although there are some known bugs, and incorporate new features and improvements in the series of versions 2.x ?

Let me reminder some important issues (sadly, there might be an issue of backward-compatibility)

• Improvement #136
• Bug #151 (depends on #136, too)
• (To be added more)

I will try to fix some minor bugs as well.
