Common - Optimise marker global broadcast for exporting SQF

When merged this pull request will:

• Took information from the wiki page and applied it: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/createMarker
  • Set type immediately after marker creation.
  • Create marker locally, do all changes locally, then when ready broadcast the marker globally.
