FEATURE: Intel pick up details

A small request to add who picked up Intel when it is picked up.

This is just so you can tell who picked up the Intel in case they have more information.

This could have a cba option to disable/ enable it.

If needed, I can draw up a simple mock up to show what I mean if it is easier.

This already exists. It will show a message in the topbar of the player who picked up the intel.

Sorry, I might have not been overly clear when I raised it. I did not mean the top bar. I meant instead when intel is shared to a group/side, those players could see who shared the intel
