Game master module not functioning on initial login and load on dedicated server.

CBA Version: 3.15.3 (stable / dev + commit hash)

Description: I have missions files with a Game master module with #adminLogged set. When set up on a dedicated server however we logged in Admins will get a script error (if they have script errors enabled), and then won't be able to use Zeus, unless they log out and join while the mission is still loaded on the server. Expected behavior: Logged in Admin to have Zeus.
Steps to reproduce: Add the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
- Create a mission file with a Game Master module set to #loggedAdmin
- Put it on a dedicated server
- Log-in and load the missions file on the server
- Log-in to admin
- Get a script error and the Zeus button no longer responds.

Additional information: I will be testing if this happens with just CBA and the Zeus enhanced mod. This issue has also been happening for a while now I just haven't had the time to submit a full issue. Even so, this issue isn't complete and I'm planning on adding additional information.
