URL bar loses focus if new tab is opened while editing

What happened?

When zen.urlbar.replace-newtab is false, opening a new tab while editing the URL bar causes it to lose focus.

Expected behavior

The URL bar should not lose focus

Actual behavior

The URL bar loses focus

Steps to reproduce

1. Set zen.urlbar.replace-newtab to false in about:config
2. Visit some page, any page works, including the current page
3. Focus the URL bar, as if editing it
4. Open a new tab
