Compact Mode keeps getting disabled randomly

What happened?

Compact Mode has been enabled. For the most part, it works but sometimes it gets disabled. I have not seen any pattern for causing this to happen.

Expected behavior

Once enabled it should stay enabled until i uncheck it.

Actual behavior

Sometimes I find that Compact Mode has been disabled.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Compact mode. Use Zen normally. At some point, it becomes disabled in my case.

Is this upon startup or during use within one session? The mode sometimes being disabled on startup is discussed in this issue: #8606

In case it's the latter: Perhaps you sometimes inadvertently hit the ctrl + alt + c compact mode toggle shortcut?

I feel as if I am experiencing the same flaw????

I use compact mode, but I observed "during" use of session the compact mode sidebar doesn't randomly close, even though my cursor is nowhere near the side where the sidebar opens up.

Problem is NOT AT STARTUP.

I try to press Ctrl + Alt + C (to toggle sidebar/toggle compact mode), but the problem still persists.

Tough after closing the browser and restarting it fixes the problem.

I use zen-browser-bin using yay package manger (AUR) on Arch Linux
