What happened?

Today my browser ended up stuttering quite a lot on a video i was watching. I have different spaces where i keep different inactive tabs, or so i would think. I was gonna restart my browser earlier today and when it launched again all my tabs for work and for hobbies were all gone. I then closed the browser again and as I booted it back up it had to install and update. This time it loaded a tab and it was only the What's New.

My issue is that all of my tabs closed. It looks a bit like issue #8985 but i couldn't find one that matches my issue precisely.

Thanks for doing this work. This has been the best browser i have ever used, but this problem right about does it for me... This has never happened to me on Firefox but I hope this won't occur again, not that I believe anyone here hopes that.

Expected behavior

I reboot my browser and it will reopen all my tabs in my workspaces and run better now that there aren't tabs running in the background

Actual behavior

All my tabs are gone. I don't know if it runs better yet.

Steps to reproduce

Have lots of tabs in different groups all within about three different spaces (that's what i have) Run a video and if it stutters even if your internet runs well, close the browser window and reopen it.
