Strange behaviour on focus of URL Bar buttons

What happened?

When video and micro permissions are requested for web site, the button with these permissions is swapped by encryption information link, when I focus on url bar.

Expected behavior

Permission control button shouldn't be swapped when user pointer is focusing on url bar.

Actual behavior

Permission control button swapped by encryption info button

Steps to reproduce

• Open Zen
• Create or open any online meeting room (using google meet for example)
• Allow access to camera and video, close dialog with permissions
• Try to open this dialog again from URL Bar
