Compact mode: bookmark toolbar will stay present if you first hover for bookmar bar, then move cursor to screen edge to trigger tab bar, and then move off of tab bar to page content

What happened?

First, move your cursor to the top of the compact mode screen, this will make the bookmark bar appear as expected.

Without moving your cursor from the top of the screen (so the bookmarks stay visible), move your cursor to the side that triggers your tabs bar (mine is the left) - now bookmarks and tabs will be visible.

Move your cursor away from the side of the screen that triggers your tabs bar, the tabs bar will recede as expected, but sometimes the bookmarks will not, it is not 100% consistent. This is not expected behavior.

Expected behavior

Both the tabs bar and bookmarks bar should not be visible if the cursor is not in their trigger zone.

Actual behavior

Sometimes the bookmarks bar "sticks" if you trigger the tab bar and bookmarks bar as set out above.

Steps to reproduce

First, move your cursor to the top of the compact mode screen, this will make the bookmark bar appear as expected.

You can "wake up" the bookmarks bar simply by mousing over it again and coming off of it, but this isn't how it should be.
