Sidebar titles are not visible

What happened?

I updated this morning and now the titles are missing from tabs inside the compact sidebar. When I hover over the sidebar and it expands, the titles are missing.

Please try with mods disabled. " I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS." Expanding collapsed to full on hover is not a default Zen feature.
