What happened?

OS Version：Win10 1809 version

Application：Baidu Apollo Config Center WEB-UI

When editing the text box in the configuration item, the cursor positioning within the input box is inaccurate when clicked with the mouse, which leads to the inability to input the desired text at the correct position. (For example, if I type "123" and click on the position of "3," the actual input will occur at the position of "1," and the offset becomes more noticeable as the text gets longer.)

I'm not sure if this is due to an outdated operating system version. When I tested the same application version on my other Windows 11 machine, there was no such issue, and the cursor positioned correctly. Chrome also doesn't have this problem. It's quite strange, and I hope this can be optimized.
