Tab list doesn't retain scroll position after opening the browser

What happened?

After opening the browser, the position in the tab list is lost - it's always scrolled to the top: Image As you can see on the screenshot, release note tabs are created on top of the list, not at the bottom, but the position is lost even without release note tabs. Last opened tab is retained correctly, i.e. only the position in the tab's list is lost. Relevant settings are ticked: Image

I do want to add, similar behaviour is seen when I try to open a new tab, the tab list does not focus to the new tab at all, just stays wherever it is scrolled to.

Yeah can confirm on 1.13.2b I'm still getting this issue, every time I open up the browser it's scrolled to the top of the list

Just updated to 1.14.7b, when the browser first opened after the update, the scroll position was at the top of the tab list instead of where I was last.

Still seeing the same issue on 1.17.3b where when I launch the browser it will be at the top of the tab list. Although opening a new tab does not focus the tab list on the new tab does work now as intended.
