What happened?
The redundant windows are opening up after launching Zen browser. This happens the same when I shutdown all of my zen mods and custom themes.
On the first picture I uploaded, there are Zen browser windows which has completed launching. I haven't opened any kinds of tabs but just launching Zen browser. The icons on the left sidebar are essential tabs that I didn't open.
The second picture is the screenshot of Zen browser that I closed first 3 windows. Now, the essential tabs are gone on the side bar.
Yet, the essential tabs are just pinned as essential that I didn't open, and the tab preview windows show them as empty windows. However, I believe when there is no reason to show windows of essential tabs that are not opened up.
For the pinned tabs, it looks like the tab preview windows still shows the contents of the tabs even after closing the tabs. I assume both essentials and pinned tabs are processed as opened tabs no matter whether users close or open tabs. If possible, I desperately crave that essentials and pinned tabs to be icons like cleaner and prettier shortcut or bookmark icons so that users can utilize the preview windows more organized without any redundant windows.
PS) More searching on this issue, I guess this issue is caused by an issue #6968 , but for tab preview windows, I'm not sure it's duplicated issue or not, so I just leave the checked mark for whether I've searched the issue and avoided creating duplicates.
Hope this to be solved soon.
