Dragging tab bugs out when the sidebar is scrollable

@MohamedSayed0573 Thanks for replaying. It still has lag in the dragging tab. Not fluent as before, dragging tab to the end of window doesn't scroll the tab bar smoothly and I need to keep moving up and down till I reach the end of the bar. That's exactly Firefox issue, it wasn't in Zen before, but 3 weeks ago it started to exist. So, I am asking about the difference between version 1.12.6 Twilight and my version, which one is newer? Maybe the fix didn't reach my version yet.

@MW-J97 My version is the latest (1.12.10). The issue that you are describing is different than the issue that I had before. My issue has been fixed since 1.12.6, maybe your problem started after that fix. Open a new issue and provide a video.
