Opening in new tab from a Glance window opens under unloaded tabs instead of the current tab

What happened?

When in a Glance window, "Open link in new tab" opens tabs underneath unloaded tabs. When not in a Glance window, tabs open under the active tab.

  1. Have your active tab and unloaded tabs underneath it, and open a Glance window
  2. From the Glance window, use "open link in new tab" on any link to open it in a new tab
  3. The new tabs, instead of opening underneath the current one, open underneath the unloaded ones.

@Emby01 This appears to be resolved, I was able to reproduce the issue on 1.11.1b, but not on the latest 1.12.6b version.
