What happened?

When connecting to an open WiFi network the browser displays a pop up window "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet" this pop doesn't work in Zen browser. Once I clicked on the button, the button doesn't do anything. I have tried to disable HTTPS-mode and I have try to add the http://detectportal.firefox.com to the exception list. Nothing works. I have to manually input the detectportal.firefox.com in the url to be redirected. This issue doesn't happen in Firefox or any other Firefox based browser.

Automatically closing issues that still happening in latest version should not be happening. Please take care of fundamental functionality before adding more features.

It's come back from the graveyard on Zen 1.13.1b (Firefox 139.0.4) (64-bit) / macOS 15.4.1 as well... I can see the popup at the bottom but nothing happens - very annoying...
